About The Ordinary Review

Tumor likes Bogie (obviously) and David Lynch (pictured above). He watches an unhealthy amount of movies, and takes a special interest in horror and filmnoir and holds IMDb and Wikipedia close to his heart. Tumor is tumor because nobody likes tumors, but they still come around…But also, because everyone could have a tumor named Marla.

A little etymological fun: In French, tumeur is a homonym of tu meurs — literally translated to be you die. Tumour is derived from the Latin word tumor which means “swelling” from tumeo which means “I bulge, swell”

Marla is fascinated by poetry, the work of Hayao Miyazaki, the Wachowski Brothers, and strong, sexy, marginally mentally disturbed femme fatales—read: Marla from Fight Club — and watches a rather varied range of television series to procrastinate from her only two hobbies: reading and writing. She also has a thing for tumors.
